That depends.
Some of the instruments you need aren’t well suited for the kind of demo you probably want.
We’ll help you figure out the best way to verify/validate your need and the appropriateness of the Yamato solution. Sometimes that means coming up with creative solutions. And we love being creative.

My application needs some customization. How long does that take?
The scale of the customization dictates how long it will take. Some work can be done in the US, while more comprehensive work would be completed in our overseas manufacturing facilities.

Does all Yamato equipment come with a plug?
Yamato and other scientific equipment manufacturers do not include electrical power plugs with some equipment, instead it delivers with round terminals at the end of the power cord. The main reason for this practice is the diversity of type of plugs and voltage at laboratories or facilities around the globe. To help customers select the proper electrical power plug type, instructions are provided in the equipment user manual.
What is the lead time when unit is available in your warehouse?
Standard lead time is 2-3 days from receipt of order and payment. For same day shipping, an expedited fee is charged. If items are not in stock, Customer Service provides lead time information.
